What We Offer

Our advisers provide personalised financial advice focused on property investment as a passive income/mortgage reduction/retirement savings vehicle.

As part of this we may also offer general guidance on mortgages and KiwiSaver.

For specific transactions, we work with trusted mortgage brokers and investment advisers specialising in Kiwisaver.

Our advice considers:

  • Property value
  • Expected income and expenses
  • Capital performance

All to help you make informed decisions aligned with your goals.

How We Get Paid

  • No upfront fees to get started
  • How the company earns revenue will be explained at your first meeting (your Discovery Meeting) once the scope of work is established
  • Our advisers are paid a salary plus a flat bonus incentive if you invest based on their advice—so they have no incentive to recommend more or less expensive properties

Conflicts of Interest & How We Manage Them

There are three parts to the oganisation; Financial Advice, Real Estate Services and Property Management

Sometimes these roles overlap. For example:

  • Advisers may receive fees from our real estate or mortgage partners
  • Developers may occasionally provide small gifts (e.g. tickets or hampers)

How we keep it fair:

  • Our advice is based on your needs and circumstances
  • All advisers follow a strict advice process
  • Conflicts of interest, gifts, and incentives are logged and reviewed regularly

Advisers receive annual training on managing conflicts of interest.
