I hereby agree that the information above is correct and a Contract will be procured in the name/s of the purchasing entity noted above.
I understand the Lot/Unit choice selected in order of preference and availability will be allocated on a first in first served basis; and I agree to sign and return the sale and purchase agreement within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of the allocation or the lot/unit will be placed back on the market.

The Purchaser must adhere to the terms, conditions and subject clauses contained within the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Whilst Positive Real Estate Ltd has made a number of assumptions when preparing the Property Information Report and analysis, these assumptions should be independently assessed by the Buyer/s as part of their Due Diligence.
