Referral Disclaimer
Thank you for participating in our referral promotion. To ensure clarity and transparency, please read the following terms and conditions regarding our referral promotion carefully:
Mentoring Referrals:
- Eligibility: If you refer someone to our Mentoring program, you will be eligible to receive a fee of $250 NZD.
- Conditions: This fee is contingent upon the referred individual successfully joining our Mentoring program. The referred individual must not be an existing client of Positive Real Estate at the time of referral.
- Payment: The fee will be issued only after the referred individual has officially joined, completed the necessary enrolment process in our Mentoring program, and has paid our joining fee in full. The fee is a one-time payment per referred individual and is not applicable for any subsequent referrals of the same person.
Property Referrals:
- Eligibility: If you refer someone who goes on to purchase a property through our services, you will be eligible to receive a fee of $3,000 NZD.
- Conditions: This fee is contingent upon the referred individual successfully completing a property purchase through our company. Similar to Mentoring referrals, the referred individual must not be an existing client of Positive Real Estate at the time of referral.
- Payment: The fee will be issued only after the property purchase has been settled and all necessary documentation has been completed. The fee is a one-time payment per referred individual and is not applicable for any subsequent referrals of the same person.
General Terms:
- One-Time Payment: Each referral will result in a single payment, applicable per individual referral. This means that if you refer the same individual to multiple programs or properties, you will only receive one fee per referral type.
- Non-Recurring: The payment is a one-off fee and does not constitute a recurring payment. Subsequent referrals of the same individual will not be eligible for additional fees.
- Existing Clients: Referrals will only be considered valid if the referred individual is a new client and has not previously engaged with our services.
Process and Timing:
- Verification: All referrals will be subject to verification to ensure that the referred individual meets the eligibility criteria. This process may take some time, and we appreciate your patience.
- Issuance of fee: Once verification is complete and the conditions are met, the fee will be issued in a month following the referred individual paying the Mentoring program fee in full or the property settlement. This process may take some time, and we appreciate your patience.
