Referral Disclaimer
Thank you for participating in our referral promotion. To ensure clarity and transparency, please read the following terms and conditions regarding our referral promotion carefully:
Mentoring Referrals:
Eligibility:
You may be eligible for a referral fee of $3,500 NZD when you refer someone to our Lifetime Mentoring Program.
Conditions:
The referred individual must:
- Join the Lifetime Mentoring Program
- Proceed with an unconditional contract to purchase a property within six (6) months of joining
- Not be an existing client of Positive Real Estate at the time of referral
Payment:
Referral fees are issued after:
- The individual has completed their enrolment in the program
- The joining fee has been paid in full
- An unconditional property contract has been signed within the 6-month period
The referral fee is a one-time payment per qualifying individual. There is no limit to the number of referrals you may make.
Property Referrals:
Eligibility:
You may be eligible for a referral fee of $2,500 NZD if you refer someone who purchases a property through Positive Real Estate without joining the Lifetime Mentoring Program.
Conditions:
The referred individual must:
- Not be an existing client of Positive Real Estate at the time of referral
- Enter into an unconditional contract on a property within six (6) months of being referred
- Be engaged in a property-only purchase (i.e. not enrolled in our Lifetime Mentoring Program)
Important Note:
Clients referred through the property-only pathway do not receive the same level of service or access as Lifetime Mentoring clients. Mentoring clients retain priority access to property opportunities.
Payment:
The referral fee will be issued in the month following confirmation of the unconditional property contract and completion of any required documentation. This is a one-time payment per qualifying referral.
General Terms:
One-Time Payment:
Each referral is eligible for one referral fee per individual, either for Mentoring or Property, not both.
Non-Recurring:
Referral fees are one-off payments. Additional actions or future purchases by the same individual will not generate additional referral payments.
New Clients Only:
Referrals are only valid for individuals who are not existing clients of Positive Real Estate at the time of referral.
Process and Timing:
Verification:
All referrals are subject to verification to confirm eligibility. This process ensures the referred individual meets the outlined conditions. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Fee Issuance:
Referral fees will be issued in the month following:

Completion of the Mentoring Program enrolment process and confirmation of an unconditional property contract within six (6) months (Mentoring Referrals)

Confirmation of an unconditional property contract within six (6) months of referral (Property Referrals)
